PIES!

Highline’s Annual Gratitude Celebration
Tuesday, Nov. 24th
In honor of the many fall holidays celebrated in our school community, Highline will host its annual Gratitude Celebration on Tuesday, November 24th. This tradition dates back to the very beginning of Highline.  All classes take a pause and reflect upon all there is to be grateful for, all while eating pie!


What is needed:
• Each classroom needs at least 4 donated pies (no homemade pies, no Village Inn pies (they use peanut oil in the pies), and no nuts, please). Please make sure the pies are pre-baked and not frozen.
• Dessert plates, forks and napkins.
When:
• Pies should be delivered to the school on November 23rd or the morning of November 24th.
• We would like parent volunteers to help with the celebration. Please contact Marisol England at the front office if you are able to help.


Third grade is celebrating from 2:45- 3:20.
